Waited inside store for over 10mins for my drink, previous customers in the store already received their orders. I asked how much longer and the shift manager told me that there were 6 orders ahead of me. It appears that they take care of the drive through customers first. I advised her that I could not wait that long. Instead of taking care of me as a customer I was refunded my money. I was disappointed as a customer , and found them to be very unorganized.
My new favorite tea, no milk, oat milk, five pumps of brown sugar, and five pumps of white mocha is delicious.
They are always great here. Very jovial baristas.
Love this Starbucks! Drive thru was wrapped around the building this morning and I still only had to wait 10 min. Always fast and friendly service!
Coffee was overfilled. Spilled all over the inside of my car and on me.
