ATM stole $603 from my account that is not through chase. Called the 800# and they say they can not help because they can not trace a non-chase card. So the solution is to call the other bank and have them dispute the charge then wait 10 days to get your money back. 4 days before Christmas and they took all of my money. Now they won't do a thing about it until the dispute comes through from my other bank. Chase has no ATM assistance for using other bank cards in their machines. They have dropped the ball in customer service. Worker at the bank who was closing up stated, if they were closed he could have assisted. Well there you go, no accountability for screwing with peoples money
