Now I understand how a bank can have such a low rating... horrible bank with terrible policies. I will continue banking with Wells!
Oh Wow! I have been already considering changing my bank and after today I will definitely do that. I called this branch to sell my car i needed some help to pay off my car loan, just wanted to ask some basic questions but they were clueless, tried to get rid of me saying car department handles it. Buyer is using his bank( I know it is not chase) and they are doing everything for him. Who ever is the manager for this branch needs to train his/her employees to answer at least basic questions. I felt like, they got a cashier from grocery store and let that person to answer phone calls for customer questions.
Worst bank ever. Customer service is horrible. They never have more than 1 personal banker free and you should be prepared to wait at least an hour for any kind of service. We are closing our accounts this is beyond rediculous to treat people like this.
Went to open a business banking acct. Banker Sarah was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I've read from others of poor customer service, but was exceptional today
