They create the problem they don't inform you of the issue they say they will call you back and they don't. Then you contact their corporate and they give you the run around. Pull your money if you don't want the same issues

I am regular customer at the bank and everyone there is always helpful and friendly. The manager David always makes time to say hello and check to see if i am being taking care of. Fabulous bank and i would recommend it to anyone.

Moved from Michigan last year. The tellers and managers have always smiled and helped me with any needs. My son is an autistic young adult and they are patient friendly and helpful when he cashes his checks from his job. I wish they had weekend hours, other than that very good branch.

Do not use this branch. Find another one to access your funds. They have no idea what they are doing.
