The old Asian man was very rude

This location definitely needs to be shut down and remodeled. You can tell it's really old. You can't really see the screens on the pumps and the outside & inside look run-down. The Asian guy at the register barely spoke English and was not the most courteous. If I didn't really need gas I would went somewhere else. I definitely will not be back to this location.

I am only giving one star so that I can comment.nnToday I was in a hurry and late for my kid's class so I grabbed a water (for my kid on the way to ballet) and $7 in gas.. No time to fill up. I gave him my $4 car cash and put the rest on card.. Or tried to...nnThe machine was not taking my card and there was obviously something wrong with it bc it kept getting stuck on processing... but the man behind the register (I assume the owner) literally laughed at me and said it was my card. He was really rude and I ended up just leaving withour my water or the $4 I had given him.. No time to deal with that mess..nnWent to the next station and got gas WITH THE SAME CARD that the incredibly rude man laughed at me about and told me was declined all loud and in front of other people.. Those free four dollars are the last of my money that station will EVER see.

Ever time I come to this gas stations the Asian male clerk is alway rude. This shell gas station will never get another dime of my hard earned money. If you want repeat customers you need to find better help.

I just left out of this store and the old man was very rude, I told him I needed separate transactions and instead he put them together then I had to tell him again and he had a problem work me being on the phone stating he hate people that are on the phone.. so upon swiping my card the machine kept saying processing while he kept telling me that it said declined on his end.. so then he too my belongings out of the bag and proceed to tell me that I had no money and he couldn't help me.. I called my card to prove I had money.. I will never in my life go back into this store and I'm thinking about suing them as well..
