Seems like I’m always bothering workers when I come in. I’m not sure if it was the manager who I talked with today but she was very rude and I have had bad experiences with the same lady in the past. She is never helpful and has told me she is too busy with orders to fill up my balloons! It would have been different is she was kind about it but she is so rude every time! Hire nice, helpful employees cause it is a joke over there.
They promised us a certain display piece at a quoted price. After we paid, they gave us an incomplete decoration and it was missing several pieces from there display- which would cost “extra”. We had to supply OUR own parts for this in order for them to even make this. Dishonest, lazy and we’re disappointed.
Alexa was so very helpful, I was stressed about making a balloon Garland and she took the time to show me how to attach the balloons and I really appreciated her help with that!
Was a little disappointed seems every time I want something that they say they have in stock I get there and it's out. Like other reviewers I believe it's the best you're going to get in St George. Having said that they could really expand their items for unusual occasions and not just stick to average stock.
