DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE. The unit did not look like this when I moved in. Upon finding the storage unit like this the rude woman in the front basically handed me the insurance card and said to contact them. She had no regard for all of the stuff in the unit being ruined she stated If I wanted to switch units I would've had to do it right then. Gave no clear direction on what I should do besides get your stuff out before you are charged for you stuff being in there. I wanted a refund for the month but never got in contact with anyone to resolve this. I moved out of the unit before the first to avoid being charged for the next month and the unit being no longer usable due to the poor maintenance of the property. In the middle of January I get a bill stating I owed for the month of January when I moved out in December. Contacted them again to state I was moved out in December. The place is poorly ran and the property is trash. I only moved in there because I wanted a drive up to the unit and the nicer place next door was closed. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I have attached the pictures of the unit literally falling apart

BEWARE! First of, pictures are not accurate, the units are dirty with ceilings falling apart and are insanely humid, not an air conditioned indoor facility. Had all my things packed in saran wrap in case mice, bugs, or mold might come through, the units are not tightly sealed, gaps everywhere. I had my things stored over the summer, when we came back the lock looked fine but was jammed, never worked again. Didn't think much of it until it was too late, we noticed 2 suitcases & a backpack I placed towards the front were STOLEN. So many sentimental gifts and memories from my grandma,family, friends all gone. Someone is stealing, trying not to take too much in hopes no one would notice. Others were broken into around the same time, I only found out through the reviews, not a word from the office. The office and management weren't much help, told me only insurance could do anything. Don't be like me, read the warning signs and stay away from this place!

My experience at Public Storage was quick, friendly, and efficient. Cece did a spectacular job of reviewing my leasing contract with me. Showing me my storage unit, and clarifying on all of the questions I had. The moving process Can be stressful but I’m so appreciative that cece was there to help me through my storage process.
