I went there 830 at night and the train was coming so I guess they couldn’t hear me but I asked for a large mashed potatoes and gravy with the three extra crispy chicken I had to get original and I got no coleslaw but three small mashed potatoes and gravy and they said we’re out of Mountain Dew but I didn’t ask for Mountain Dew I asked for Dr PepperThe lady had to ask me three times what I said I repeated it three times and still my order was wrong waited in line for 1520 minutes and I get that people don’t have enough staff around this time maybe the lady apologized which was very nice but very difficult to get my order right
Only received half my order. Tried calling, nobody answered the phone. Went to the drive thru. Ordered 2 chicken dinners and a large Cole slaw. Only got 1 dinner and the large Cole slaw. I live too far away to go back today. Also did not receive any receipt.
The service is always good and the food is mostly fresh and the new strips and sause is awesome.
My experience was good. Not for the bone in chicken deal but their boneless strips were very good. Their sides are always on point. The Cole slaw and biscuits are some of the best around. If Elberton I would suggest you eat here before any were else.
The place needs some attention on the cleaning of the floors.nOrder was not correct when I received it, but they corrected it and were super nice and quick to fix it.nGood food .nThanks again.
