The quality of food has definitely gone downhill. The chicken strips are over breaded and very crispy to the point they taste burnt. The fries are overcooked as well. It seems to be a new crew. No thank you. Will not return as this has been the case with my past few visits.

The perfect meal served by the perfect employees. Every time I visit, the food and the service exceeds my previous experience. I enjoy the atmosphere. The dining room is always immaculate. The tea is superb every single time.nI will be back and I recommend it.
According to Zaxbys app, order online and pick yo thru drive thru. Perfect, Im traveling with a small dog, irs 96 outside. I order, I arrive in drive thru, was told I had to come inside to pick up. I leave my car running, dig for my mask, walk inside , greeted right off , gave my name and he reached off the counter and gave it to me. So explai. Why the drive thru girl couldn't so the same? I complained to the guy, even showed him my order number where it said I could pick up in drive thru. Not happy. Grant it didn't take long but was an inconvenience to me. Order # 14903338
