Giving 5 stars for customer service. My delivery driver didn’t provide me with all of my meal items, and the store not only refunded me for my missing items, but my entire check. Food and service is great here!

Tonight I had a horrible experience at this location. I got home showered and opened the bag to eat. My order was incorrect so I called to let them know. The employee whom answered did not apologize. I let her know what my order was supposed to be she then asked if I wanted a refund or for it to be replaced and for me to bring the order back I said I’ll be back up there shortly for the correct meal. I get to the restaurant and provide a receipt to them that shows my correct order. They remake the order and I asked for a cup for my beverage. The employee says we only remake the food not another cup for your drink. I said well I poured it out because by the time I got back home the drink was going to be watered down. And then ask for manager she told me that she was the manager so I explain to her that this is ridiculous because this is an inconvenience for me and now you’re telling me that I cannot receive another cup for a drink. I had to get back out in the cold to come get my correct order and now I can’t get a new cup for a drink. She then says that I was rude to the employee over the phone I said no I was not rude. The employee said I stated over the phone “I should have made my food correct the first time” I told the manager to her face that her employee was lying I was not rude to the employee I simply told her that my food was incorrect this is what it was supposed to be in that I was on my way back to the location to get my correct order. The manager finally gave me a cup for my beverage after a minute or two of back-and-forth just being combative about the drink and the overall order. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this location possibly not even the franchise in general. I had a long working day at two jobs and this was not something I needed to end my day. I am extremely disappointed and the fact that no one apologized until it was too late.

Soooo I walk into the Winston on Peachtree road in Atlanta and I place my order. As I'm placing my order i notice one of the workers sitting in the dining area, the working gets up and goes into the cooking area and starts preparing food and I ask the cashier to ask the male working to go wash his hands and her first comment to me was thats not a Male thats a woman. So I apologize for that and then the cashier asked me what would I like for her to do about it and. I said ask her to go wash her hands and the cashier rolled her eyes and walked to the back and sat down did even mention it to the worker. So then I started typing this LONG message.
