I recommend this as a happy hour spot. Some place where you can get tasty half off apps and have a drink before 6 pm.nnSpecifically, this chain carries out the theme well, service was sufficient, and the tuna app was delicious.
Great food, very tasty and fresh
Pretty much what you’d expect. Usually when I come the music is too loud but it was lunch time so that was better. Food was great, but nothing special. Gave only 3 stars because our server was awful. Seemed to always start walking away while we were still talking to him, giving our order, etc. and then they include 20% gratuity which is a bummer when he deserved 10 or 15%.
I realize businesses are doing their best in these trying times, if you're going to sneak in a 20% gratuity on the tab and don't print it on the credit card receipt or at least circle it on the itemized receipt or have the server mention it, you are DECEPTIVE. Plus you charge $6 for chips and salsa. Like, the worst salsa you've ever eaten. The tacos were good, but the lack of ethics at this place is my main concern. Watch, the manager won't even address this post.
I ordered from here last week. Really good tacos. Everything looked clean! No complaints. My tacos were just as good as the Briarcliff location that I usually visit. The greeter was really nice. I don’t recall her name but he she had braids. I will be back!!
