Is it common practice when busy or understaffed to say “our machine is down”? If not then there is an issue with equipment on a quite regular basis. Either way my friends and I can’t be the only ones not spending $4 on a shake that day. I personally would hate to lose $16 of sales for 3 minutes of my time when 4 dudes on bikes roll up wanting to cool down with a shake. Will return of course, still baffled at the frequent loss of sales.
They were so busy. Drive-thru was backed up but they still moved swiftly to get everyone thru.

We stopped by to grab some ice cream on a hot day. The ice cream machine actually was working!nThat is impressive for a McDonald’s. The staff were nice. Rest rooms were clean. Overall this location seemed clean.
