I've visited Sherry B Originals twice now, and was referred by a friend and personally taken in the store as it was on his list of one of St. George's Best! He was right, and I cannot say enough about the great service I received. This is a place where the most creative wonderful expert women work, who deliver the best customer service experience that I’ve had in St. George, UT. A town that has really great customer service from my professional retail management estimation. Thank goodness for the Sherry B Original sewing magic, they worked on my coat. I'm truly grateful for the authentic caring experience in this store, and for the opportunity to know where to send anyone who is in need of the best in alterations. While reading the other Yelp Reviews, it is interesting to me that there are 3 five star reviews and 2 one star reviews. I would think it odd except for one important fact about the reviews stood out to me. I have worked in the retail bridal business in the past and know how volatile, demanding, won't take no for an answer and revengeful first-time brides can be first hand, if they every let themselves go off on the “It’s all about me every second” drama trip. The wedding experience just brings the worst out in some customers. Discounting what was written by the selective memory or 2 dramatic brides, under a dark ego spell, was easy for me, based on how the fans I’ve met, rave over Sherry B Originals when I mention my excellent experience there. Thanks so much to Sherry B Original for fixing my latest favorite coat, that I would have had to toss out if not for your efforts to salvage it. It’s a relief to know I have a place to go, to find out for sure, it a favorite garment can be repaired or not, by trusted professionals who treated like they have known me my whole life. .

Great service, friendly, and very helpful. We contacted them about displaying our mother’s wedding dress for an anniversary party. They helped us display the dress and also gave us advice on how to press and care for the 50 year old dress properly. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

I stopped in on 11/16 to get a pair of ladies dress pants shortened in the length by 1” on both legs. Sherry said they are 4 weeks out and I was looking at 12/16 to get them back. I confirmed what she said was correct, that we were looking at 12/16 to get 1 pair of pants shortened by 1” in both legs. Sherry confirmed that was correct, then said, maybe 3 weeks. I just looked at her. I said I needed them before Thanksgiving, which was 5 business days. Sherry said we can put a rush on it for 50% more and get them back to you by 11/22, day before Thanksgiving. I went along with it to see if anything else would be offered. Nope. So I agreed. I got a call the next day, 11/17 in the morning around 10am saying they were done and could be picked up. I went and picked them up and will never go there again. The length was correct and the hem job was fine. This is run by 2 ladies and this is the approach to business? They were legitimately 4 weeks out with work and my pair of pants were so important they were done in 24 hours. That’s one way to run a business.
