Great place to take a break from the interstate and refuel. The courteous customer service from Rachel was very professional and she was so polite. The store was neat and the restrooms were exceptionally clean. 5 stars!
Last night was my first time visiting this pilot for gas with great service. Miss Rachel was very nice and patient with me. She didnt ask me to move my truck because of a pump issue like most workers here do, she was able to fix the issue without me walking back and forth to the pump. Thumbs up for no shower wait time.
Stopped in last night after a long ride. After having bad customer service from the McDonald’s next door, I went over to Pilots and noticed the women restroom was very clean and the coffee was fresh. The pilot cashier was so nice she bought me some nuts, her treat to make up for their bad service next door.
I visited this location after a long drive and Rachel and Beth were amazing hosts. The coffee was fresh and to my suprise, the mens restroom was clean. Very rare! Keep up the goood work these ladies need a raise!
The Manager Rachael treated me and the other customers with the most courteous attention I felt like I was in a 5 star Restaurant
