I had really complicated I-485 green card case,nI went to different five immigration lawyers to consult about my case, all of them did not see hope in it and they said you will not be able to adjust your status.nnThe only lawyer who saw the potential in our case was Theresa Kenddy one of the best knowledgeable immigration lawyers in Atlanta. She knows the moving immigration laws who even thought the USCIS officers about it.nnWe highly recommend her and her firm for any immigration cases. Cos she is the BEST!!

I have worked with this firm for my EB2 Green card application and I have nothing but good things to say. The lawyers are really knowledgeable. The paralegals are really prompt and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Very professional and great lawyers. I knew Carolyn Soloway when I was an undergraduate student, now she is retired. She and her firm's staff is amazing. They are very professional and answer all questions appropriately.

My wife and I selected FS&K to help with my residency application. We were after a practice that was big enough to have deep expertise in immigration but small enough to provide an engaging personal service. We spoke to several other practices in the Buckhead / North Atlanta area before choosing FS&K. Most practices wanted $150-$350 upfront for an initial consultation and if we were lucky enough to get through to an actual lawyer on the phone their general attitude and customer service was terrible. FS&K were completely the opposite. David is highly experienced and his knowledge and support at the interview stage was very reassuring. Tara was also very knowledgable, highly organized and her understanding of the best way to negotiate this complex process gave us total confidence. Finally Kylie and the other staff members were professional, supportive and worked really well together as a team. Applying for residency can be very daunting but from our first meeting with Tara to us getting the green card through the post the experience was very positive and entirely stress free! We'd like to thank FS&K for making it that way and we highly recommend them to anybody who needs an immigration lawyer.
