I am so impressed by how my hair turned out today. I had gotten my balayage taken up 2 wks ago at another salon, and while the other salon is great and love the people there, I sadly ended up with 2 tones and a line across the back of my head with the top part extra brassy (when I was going for ash tones). I even went back 2 days later to see if they could correct it, but it turned out the same, just a little lighter. That salon was gracious and offered me a full refund, but I had to still go about looking for a place that could then correct what had happened.nI did a deep dive search into yelp and google reviews of salons specializing in Asian hair, and after looking at the before/after pics on their yelp page felt this place would be a good gamble. And it paid off!! The tone is a little ashier in real life than it shows in the final photo, which is what I wanted. And Q knew EXACTLY what to do & explained the entire process to me top to bottom. She was very attentive to not just my hair and questions but so friendly to the many clients calling in and appointments and walk ins coming through. Her sister also helped with the final stages of toning and was super sweet. Had my hair not turned out so brassy 2 wks ago, I don't think I would've come across this salon, but I am so glad I did!!! Will definitely be coming back for more!
My hair turned out pretty okay (not as same color which I picked out tho) and it only lasted for 2 months. The process was so long and a bit painful, and also charged me $450 for ombre color without telling me the price beforehand.nOverall it was not a pleasure experience, I also have to cut my hair short afterward because it’s so dry and weak :(

I got my hair done by the young guy, didn’t catch his name. He was very attentive and no fuss. Gave me the exact color I wanted. Got lots of compliments from surrounding customers. I miscalculated tips and I regret not leaving him more!! He deserves everything
Been here twice and haven’t been disappointed either times. Recently Hai did color and cut for me and I absolutely loved it. The results were exactly as I wanted them to be, she took her time, explained everything to me as went, didn’t rush into things. This is definitely going to be my go to salon going forward.
