I’ve been a client of Dorita’s for almost 10 years now.nShe’s alwaysnbeen kind and understanding and gives you exactly what you ask for. Most important she’s accommodating and gets that “life happens”. I’m a weave/sew in connoisseur... and she’s great at cuts/creative styles too...oh her bob cut is my fave and one of her most popular client styles. It’s safe to say she has a lot of old faithful clients like me that have stuck around so that should speak for itself !!

If I could put no stars I would. I am very disappointed with the service i received from this shop. I made an appt for my daughter to get some box braids. Was told originally that they had an appt for 11 for Sat but could drop my daughter off early and she may be able to start early. So I did. I dropped my daughter off at 8:30am. Knowing that they may not start on her til 11 i took that chance. I get a text at 1 from my daughter that they just started her head that she will be ready closer to 6 630....well then my daughter text me it will be closer to 8 before she is done. Like at this point I should have gotten a call from the hair dresser but I didnt. So come 11:30 pm at night my daughter walks out the salon. Im upset that my kid was up there for about 15 hours and not one call not one apology nothing. And to top it off...i still paid full price to only get home and discovered my child head is not finished. Braids were not sealed and her braids were unraveling. I sent a picture and expressed my disappointment to the owner and I only got the number to the girl that actually braided her hair....not Im sorry or anything. My kid was so tired she didnt make it to church the next day for Easter. So if you got time on your hands by all means help yourself but if you have a life then please dont go. Poor time management and no consideration of their clients time.

Great customer service was greeted with a welcoming feeling from the door and was willing to work with me on my little girls hair , in a healthy way. So far love it. ud83dude0dud83dude0dud83dude0d
