Unfortunately, Vivian, the stylist is not the best. I came here to get it hair styled for graduation pictures and left with dandruff in my hair after a wash and heat styling. The total cost was 70$ which was not the cost advertised online for booking. After 70$ you shouldn't leave with dandruff visibly in your hair. Won't be back.

The wash was horrible. Aggressive scrubbing matted the hair. Lily comb me out, but would have rather avoided that experience. End result ... gorgeous

I had my hair done by Vivian Carter and I regret it. I have never applied heat in my hair not even a blow dryer. I spent $105 at this salon for a full package (wash to silk press and everything in between). A few days later I washed my hair only to find out that she gave me SEVERE HEAT DAMAGE. I should have known to get up and leave when she insisted on combing my hair while it was dry. Everyone knows you don't put any type of tool in 4C HAIR unless it's wet or at least damp. I take good care of my hair myself i only came to a salon because I needed a proper hair cut, looks like I'll be doing that too myself from now on. Im extremely disappointed. I'll have to put my hair thru intensive damage treatment and hope it works. If not, I'll just do a big chop. The best part about being natural for me are my coils.nnSave your money for something better please.

The experience was amazing! I was so fascinated with roller sets and my mom told me I should look for salons that did them and properly. When I came across this salon I called for assistance and got consistent professionalism. When I booked my appointment for the next day, Vivian greeted me openly and was able to care for my hair amazingly. I could tell they were very clean conscious throughout each experience and client and had warm friendly vibes throughout the salon. I had great entertaining and educational conversations with my stylist, Vivian, and was able to get the look I was looking for. I highly recommend!
