I just got my food at this place a minuite ago. The staff was extremely friendly and I had less than a minute to spare before closing and they were still very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back ! Thank you guys for waiting !
Customer service was horrible. The girl taking my order was more interested in the phone call she was on with her ipod ear phones in.
This location is the best there is - the quality of the sandwich, the friendliness of the staff; this is the best FireHouse I’ve ever eaten at. I’ve been loyal Firehouse customer since 2004 and I’m incredibly impressed!
Good Food, But Mess Up Order 100% of the time! - Me and my wife working from home order from the Marietta Firehouse 1-2x a week. Over the past year, roughly 100 orders, they have messed up the order EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Still messing up orders... we’ve filed repeated refund requests with GrubHub, and we’ve called the store time and time again... GrubHub and the store ALWAYS “fix” the immediate issue, but that’s not what we want... we want our orders to be right when we make the purchase... wrong drinks, wrong chips, wrong ingredients on sandwiches... every - single - time... over months and months... again, not looking for a handout, just want to know that when we place an order we are going to receive what we asked for
