Not knowing anything about the law I trusted Attorney Abbott to make the right decisions for me or at least counsel me on which decisions were better but instead I got an inexperienced lawyer that showed up more than an hour and 30 minutes late to a court date she knew about weeks in advance. During negotiations the prosecutor offered a plea deal and when I asked her what she thought I should do, she just shrugged “I don’t know, it’s up to you”. After having another attorney look over my case I’m now having to go back to the judge to fix a mistake I paid over a thousand dollars to Abbott to take care of. I trusted this lawyer blindly. Don’t make the same mistake, there are so many other/better and cheaper options for legal counsel.

Patricia has been our attorney and legal go to for over 8 years. After speaking with several law firms, we choose Patricia and have never had one regret. We knew we had made the right decision when we saw the respect and acknowledgment Patricia received in the courtroom from other attorneys, the judge and courtroom Clerks. Patricia has always been diligent, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate regarding our situations. Her experience and reputation enabled her to negotiate a far better outcome then I thought possible! She returns my phone calls promptly and always delivers sound legal advice. Yesterday Patricia went out of her way to help me with a legal matter that she usually doesn’t deal with! If you need a criminal lawyer in Cobb county ....Call Patricia!!!

Patricia Abbott SUCKS! I went to her with a DUI charge & she spoke so highly of how she can assist. She was always hard to contact after giving her a deposit which is super unprofessional. On the day of court she was super late and lied about why. She barely fought for my charges and I could have went with a public defender. She was supposed to sue the tow yard (in which I paid her for). She waits until the week before court to tell me “I don’t think we will win”. Like what do you mean? I’m sure you knew that prior. Either that or you’re just a liar and had something else going on. I was disgusted and she told me to keep the additional $300 I owed her. She is someone I would never recommend honestly. I felt so cheated after this case was over. Stay away from her, she’s obviously too busy and not experienced enough to sue a tow yard.

Turning out to be a terrible experience with her shes not showed to court 4 times on my friends case and never awnsered the phone, she waives probable cause hearings without consent, terrible public defender.
