Unless you have money, and a lot of it, this lawyer will not work on your case. My brother has had the misfortune of having Turcherelli for representation and is now basically representing himself on a case where is was denied his due process. I would give him zero stars if I could.

After finding out there is a lien on our home from my fiance'e ex wife, we tried multiple times to call and email this law firm to find out what we needed to do and if there was something they could help us with. They never called back or emailed after many attempts. Considering we have to pay for someone else's debt, you'd have thought they'd be a little more understanding and courteous to our questions. Unprofessional is an understatement.

I hired this guy in 2013, as he was recommended by a family friend. In over two years, I've never met him, he's never asked me to meet him at his office, and I get the run around from his office every time I call. His paralegal staff has high turnover, and will only take your name and phone number and will treat you condescending when you call. I called last week to understand our long term strategy. Of course the office staff and paralegal had no answers and told me they had never heard of my case. I would have been shocked but they say that every time I call since Barbara retired. I visited his office and was told he was in court. I offered to wait and was told to leave. I asked to review my file, I was denied. I asked if I had a legal right to review my file and was told no. I asked if they could call him and they said not while he's in court. It was noon. Courts take a lunch. I shared that with her and they refused, so I called him. Got his voicemail twice. I texted him and he called me immediately, he was loud and obnoxious and said he was on his way. He arrived in 5 mins. I fired him on the spot, and asked for a copy of my file. They made copies of my transcripts I paid for and had already had. I asked where were his case notes he said he wasn't giving it to me. He also refused to give me a ledger to show how my $2500 retainer was consumed. He threatened me that if he did I'd owe him money and repeatedly asked me if I wanted that, to pay him more money. I don't believe he did any work on my case which is why there are no case notes or a ledger of how he consumed the retainer. He allegedly filed a motion for a new case. When I called the court they said the case is closed. Don't hire this guy. He was despicable in person. I asked another attorney and he said the case file is yours and you should get it and everything in it.
