I purchased a Groupon yesterday and scheduled an appointment for 6am today. Last night we confirmed the appointment through text and I proceeded to the salon at 5:15am from my location. At 5:58am I get a text message she wis running 15 minutes behind. At 6:16 still not at the salon and no updates.nnI texted her letting her know I left after waiting beyond the 15 minutes delay and her response was “thanks for letting me know”.nnI canceled the groupon and am moving on. If it starts in this manner; I don’t have confidence on how it would have ended.nnUpdate: Since the owner was dishonest with her reply regarding the timing. I will be posting our text messages for review. I left at 6:17 and she wasn’t there.
Unpleased with her business. Takes way too long to do a hair service along with not professionally finishing a hair assignment on time. I've left at 1am before for just a color treatment and style. Its ridiculous won't be coming here again.
