Excellent track to run and train on. Nice mix of devices at the track to incorporate into workouts.
Well maintained qtr mile track.
The finished rubber surface is great for PT but the track is longer than advertised. Using a runners app, stop watch, and digital pedometer shows that this track is not a quarter mile; it is longer. All of the equipment that I brought showed it to be longer that it is supposed to be.
What else to say about this track? If you can access inside the post, it's good to use the track. Nothing spectacular about it.
