Awesome staff that has been supportive, charismatic and educational with all my fitness needs. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients are getting the best fitness and nutritional advice. They treat us all like family and truly create a comfortable and non intimidating environment for their clients. It also is an extreme plus that they have the educational background to help propel their clients to the next level of fitness.nnHighly recommended!
I’m so thankful to have found Synovia Wellness Consulting. Their holistic approach to training has helped me tremendously in my efforts to get healthier & Stronger. They provide support in between classes with home excercise plans, healthy eating tips &recipes and you can always count on them for general encouragement ! Since joining in November 2017 I’ve made great strides in my strength , endurance and weight loss efforts. Anthony & Vince are more than just trainers and Synovia Wellness is more than just a facility. I definitely consider them family. I would recommend them to anyone looking to reach your health and wellness goals because they will get you there and always have your back !!
Great professionals and instructors at this gym. I had a great time doing a full body type of workout and I'm feeling great.
