The atmosphere is inviting and encouraging. The music is awesome, and my coach was very high energy. Overall, I had a lot of fun while getting a great workout.
I went to a workout at the FIT4MOM Marietta location. I was so pleased to not only receive a wonderful workout but I gained so much more. As a mom its hard to connect with others when I am caring for my child but others were helping and encouraging me even when my baby was fussy. They were so accepting and gracious, Tricia the instructor is a wonderful woman and cares about each client. She is focused and driven. She modifies moves for injury and keeps the class moving so both my baby and myself are never bored. I cannot wait to go back!
