I had to learn how to cut my own hair because I could never find anyone to who knew how to cut Asian hair. It took me 4 years and countless salons and hair stylists until I found Danielle two years ago and I've never looked back. She listens to your vision and will bring it to life, has the creativity and expertise making sure you leave happy. She'll sit you back down as you're about to leave if she sees a hair out of place. A true perfectionist.
Love, love, love having Danielle as my stylist. She listens to my wishes, provides suggestions when asked and is very creative. She is focused on hair and scalp health and provides guidance when needed on at-home styling technique and products.nnShe is a lot of fun, very caring, and from the time I first sat down in her chair immediately felt at home. Having moved here from out of state where I had a long relationship with my old stylist I had tried many stylists over two years in the Seattle area before I found Danielle 3 years ago and have never looked back.nnShe always does an amazing job with my short hair that used to be colored and is helping me as I've made the decision to transition to gray. Her space is peaceful, stylish and calm, unlike some of the noisy salons in downtown Seattle. I followed her to Kirkland from Seattle and have seen her work on clients with all lengths of hair, in a variety of styles, techniques and colors. She is an artist who knows what she is doing!
I came to Danielle with what can be challenging hair (men's long) to cut. Mine had grown for months without a cut and was looking rough. We discussed what I was looking for and then she went to work. When done I was completely surprised by how incredible my cut was, it exceeded all of my expectations. My best haircut I've had, hands down. She was a great listener, had a very positive & friendly demeanor, and was a skilled artist as she crafted my cut with clear care and attention. Very glad to have found her and will return. Absolutely wonderful. Danielle is a perfectionist which is just what you want. Not only is she a wonderful person but she corrected some bad hair coloring from a known salon. I had corrective color and a great trim. Finally felt like 'me' again and my hair felt great. The salon space she has moved to is new, private and relaxing. So glad I found her!
Danielle is thoroughly professional, fun, and talented. I normally don't trust folks to experiment with my hair color, but Danielle knows what will look good and does an excellent job. A pleasure to work with!
