Been coming to the Family store for years and always getting great customer service! Probably bought thousands of dollars in gear due to being a Boy Scout leader. Just a little constructive criticism. Stop by today to ask if a pair of shorts I bought developed a tear after a few washings was eligible for an exchange. The guy kinda of blew me off, I understand he was busy but could have been more customer friendly. Don't want to get anyone in trouble but he was a short Asian guy who may need a refresher in customer service.

Great stores and service. My only complaint is that the half and half is always sour when I buy it there, or any dollar store, regardless of the expiration date. I think possibly the refrigeration is the issue, perhaps not kept cold enough.
