Well after getting a 2005 chevy cobalt and immediately in the first 3 months I've had the A/C condenser, thermostat, alternator,heater core,axle and tie rods, and control arm pretty much go out and need replacement. Now while this pandemic has been going on and me constantly having car in shop I've been assisted by Brandt. They have covered the costs. But now my contract is sold and it's like oh well cant help ya. This was my very first car I've financed . I'm very sad at my experience. They are great guys and helpful during crisis. But for a first car buying experience I'm so bummed to the core. Like buying a car.should be a fun experience and it's been the worse thing of my life.. I'm currently in a rental because of a flood on my passenger side floorboard. For a car that had only 59,000 miles on it it's too many problems. I'm just dissapointed. I dont even know.what else to say I'm so bummed.
Look around at other dealers in the area before purchasing from this business.
I test drove a red Honda Fit from Todd on Wednesday. I spent $65 on an inspection to find out if there were any issues with the car. I came back to the dealer to have Todd tell me the car was sold the day before and he can't sell me the car. It was a complete waste of my time and money.
