Everyone is super nice helping you get a storage unit. Until the end of your lease. 1/2 of what I had in storage is moldy..plus there are rat baits in my unit. I used my own lock so how did they get in my unit? I didn't store food however that doesn't excuse the fact someone entered my unit without my permission. ALSO..I have 3 boxes of Mac Makeup and tattoo guns misding..
I just had to stop and recognize Nikki for her help. She was so eager and very concerned for me. I was in the office a few weeks ago and literally passed out. Nikki was so quick to get me some help. I rented a unit yesterday and kimia really helped me out, with moving in she is very sweet I love her personality, she helped me to complete everything I needed to complete in off, because this was my first storage unit, she was awesome ud83dudc4c
Man when I tell y'all they got some excellent customer services reps in there now. ud83eudd70 Yi'Eshia and Shun are exactly what is needed for this location. They were polite showed me my unit. It was spotless and they gave me all the information I needed to make this transition perfect. If you go up there let them know I sent you.
