So I had a chance to stop at the Riverdale location. I’ve had the food before it was pretty good. However today just wanted some dessert. Now besides the fact that the older lady at the register was a bit less than warm and friendly. I purchased a piece of cake which was first of all over priced and then it was cold as it had been in the refrigerator which caused it to be less than moist. I’m a baker so on top of it not being a scratch homemade cake for the price I paid for the slice was insulting. Nevertheless I purchased it I ate it but would never suggest it to anyone else. The chocolate cake and yes I’m sure the others would probably be just as disappointing. My palate was not very happy today.
Usually this location is on point. My mom and I visited this location on 4/3/21 and it was horrible. Customer service was the worst ever. Everyone had an attitude. I brought my mom with me because she wanted to try it and I said this location was the best. I never really write reviews but today was just unacceptable. The cashier didn’t part her lips one time. The yams were off the greens weren’t seasoned. The green beans were horrible. They ran out of chicken it was only 7pm. I am also a professional and run a business and customer service is key. And on this day they dropped the ball big time.
I moved all the way from Chicago just for this BBQ!!! I’m kidding but it’s JUST THAT GOOD!!! After relocating to Atlanta, this was a breath of fresh air...quality ribs OFF THE GRILL and NOT boiled first...a rarity these days...the BROCCOLI CASSEROLE IS AMAZING...DID I MENTION THE TIPS ud83dude4cud83cudffe...The customer service is AMAZING...and the food is consistent in freshness, quality, and quantity!!!! You should DEFINITELY try this location...not sure about the rest...BUT RIVERDALE THIS IS IT...IS IT!!!!!!!
