We waited almost 15 minutes in line which felt like 30 but it was worth it. The food was hot and fresh. Customer service in the drive thru was awesome.
I love Captain D'S The food is great. But the portions should be bigger and stop being stingy with the condiments. I got all this fish can I please have some tarter sauce!
Today was actually great... The cashier was friendly and It was crowded but maybe a 5 minute wait although the drive thru was packed. They actually handle it well and my order was correct ud83dudcaf

I recently did an order with Postmates and unfortunately the restaurant did not have inventory of the items ordered. I couldn't cancel the order so it processed and charged me and I had no meal. I was upset and associate by the name of Dante helped me resolve this issue. He handled my claim professionally and in the fast manner and made me forget about my issue made me focus more on my resolution I appreciate people like Dante that go above and beyond for their customer thank you
