I was picking up an order for delivery. I arrived in the restaurant that only had one customer. The drive thru line was short as well. 1 employee slowly walked back and forth as if she I was trying to figure out what to do. After taking the order of the 1 customer waiting, maybe 3 minutes later, she walked some more and finally asked me about the delivery order. Apparently she could not find it and had to go look at multiple screens to find the order. After about 10 minutes, they began making the order. More people were coming inside at that point as I waited at the front of the line. The bag sat on the counter untouched for another 10 minutes. They finally saw the bag again and began some discussion. Overall, I was waiting over 25 minutes for this order. And they call this fast food?

I came up there around 6 and order a cheese burger with a small fry the 2 for 3 not to mention the food was cold I waited almost 10 minutes I was extremely disappointed but I was amazed at the customer service at the speaker and the first window and how kind they were but upon reaching the second window I experienced the worse customer service i feel as if the should train the kids that work at night to be as wonderful as the people in the morning after asking for some more fries because of how cold my food was the attitude that was given is outrageous and after waiting for 10 minutes to get fresh fries I asked for bbq sauce they had the nerve to charge me for it I would never be returning I would make sure to tell my family that as well. Worst restaurant don’t come here.

Poor service ud83dudc4eud83cudffe8am stone cold stale coffee burned strawberry cheese danish also stone cold and stale incompetence beyond human belief that bldg and the people in it will run themselves down and out of business for a better establishment for our citizens to have the right to enjoy a simple fresh hot cup of coffee and danish cant wait for the day please just close already whomever owns this franchise should be shamed and run out of our community.

Told be to pull around front thinking we were going to have fresh meals- chicken sandwich was dry and hard! Fries Cold! Forgot drinks and moved like a snail when bringing it to us. Only ordered 2 meals. Just awful. Will NOT go back.
