The shop is beautiful! Very upscale and they have a wide variety of styles and prices. I went in and fell in love with a dress and the next day woke up and realized that I had got the wrong one. Normally they do not do exchanges or refunds when you buy off the rack but they were willing to work with me to get me the gown of my dreams. So thankful to these ladies!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff and owner are ridiculously nice and helpful and upbeat. Literally some of the most gorgeous gowns I’ve found in all of Washington state. These gowns are a rare find in a state that doesn’t have many shops selling high-end gowns. Definitely recommend.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is because of the very poor customer service we had experienced.nMy best friend is seeking a short wedding dress, and she remembered there was a bridal store in downtown Kirkland. So we stopped here first. They have colorful cotton T-shirts in the window display. Strange, but okay.nWhen we entered the store, it felt awkward. The sales lady didn't even greet us, and I had to speak up first to say we are here, in search of a wedding dress.nShe said they don't have any short dresses, and she continued dressing the mannequin. And then the awkward silence again. Not even suggestions for something else or whether they do alterations, custom orders...nOne would think that when a future bride comes is, ready to spend $1,000 on a simple and short dress, she would receive at least some attention. Plus there was nobody else in the store, so it's not like it was busy.nWe asked the lady if she knows of any other bridal stores in the area, and she suggested Nordstrom.nWe thanked her and left. Then i called in David's Bridal in Lynnwood and we were able to get a walk-up appointment.nI wouldn't bother going into this Kirkland bridal store again. It's too small and sales lady wasn't of any help.

A lovely shop with a good selection of beautiful dresses. Really appreciated the knowledgeable and very friendly service. Also liked the honesty!

Salon is super cute and well-decorated. Beautiful dresses. Great experience shopping - after purchasing a dress it was a total nightmare.nThey had my wedding date wrong and I ordered a rush gown. I specifically told Mea my wedding date at my appointment over and over again, but they had a date from 2 years ago when my wedding wasn't set. Mea refused to own this mistake and treated it like it was our fault because I signed an order form with the wrong wedding date on it (which she did not point out the date when I signed it). She did not listen to me and instead told me what I wanted to hear in order to make the sale. (Later on, she stated she would have never sold the dress to me had she known my real wedding date. Absolutely false, as I said my real date multiple times at the appointment). Once this mistake was realized, I had to make every effort to get information from this salon about what was going on with my dress. Not ONCE did they contact me when they said they would. Not only did I pay $100 to rush this dress, but Mea tried to charge me a $160 overnight fee for THEIR mistake. After much arguing and crying on my part, she eventually agreed to pay half, but that is the closest she ever got to owning the salon's mistake. I did not get my wedding dress in my hands until the DAY before my wedding. It was every bride's worst nightmare. I will actively tell people not to go to this salon.nnHowever, the seamstress, Donna, was amazing and I highly recommend her.
