I LOVE the service department at Cass Burch! I live in Tallahassee FL but always take my Jeep Wrangler to Cass Burch in Quitman. The last time I made an appointment, they took me right in when I arrived...10 minutes early...and had my service completed, including an illuminated check engine light, 45 minutes later. (I had brought several hours worth of work with me thinking that I was gonna be there for a while. ud83dude04)nnI was even more pleased when I got the surprisingly low cost bill.nnQuitman is a bit out of the way, but it is such a pleasant and efficient experience that it's worth it for me to go there rather than to the Tallahassee dealers. Plus, it's a pleasant ride through rural South Georgia. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely fabulous place! Great service, and extremely friendly! We live near Chicago, and on were our way to Florida when my husband's truck started making a weird noise. They got us in right away and fixed the problem! Definitely a relief being almost 900 miles from home! Thank you!
The service personal are consistently kind and attentive to address all my needs. I’ve been coming here for years and never had to wait a minute beyond my appointment time while always receiving quality work on my vehicles. Kudos to the service team!!!!
These folks are great. I shopped trucks for months, and after purchasing one from Cass, I'm sold. The experience was quick and easy and they follow up when I call with questions. I won't shop anywhere else for a truck. The customer service is exceptional.
I drive from Valdosta because this location use to have the best customer service which that has drastically reduced I called today and spoke with Jordan Gailey she was very rude she had an attitude simply because I asked for a itemized copy of parts and labor on how much it would be to get my vehicle fixed she accused me of wanting that print out to take the vehicle to someone else which if I was going to take it to someone else and they not able to tell me for themselves what’s wrong with my car I wouldn’t allow them to work on my car being she was so rude and unprofessional I will not be back to this location for nothing as well as the $1100 job I will let someone else receive that money just because she was rude even if I have to pay more I rather pay more to a a company with great customer service than a rude individual!!!
