We always stop at this particular McDonald's because we are always treated with lots of respect, kindness and their customer service is always good. Today wasn't the exception either. The young woman that took our order this morning was very attentive and made sure to repeat our order using a very calm, kind tone of voice to make sure she got everything right. Thank you to all the staff at McDonald's in Quitman GA, we will continue coming back again and again!
Talk about rude with no customer service! If you don't want a job quit and let someone else have the opportunity to make some money! waited in drive-thru for 20 minutes and no movement so needless to say I pulled off...
The chicken sandwich I got had burned buns. Smh. Y'all do better. The cashier in the drive thru was already rude, so to get home and my buns are BLACK.....Come on, y'all.
QUITMAN McDonalds is always clean outside. First impression reason for my return visits. The order taker was nice and efficient my problem on this visit and my last visit is they do not fulfill your complete order. The window server should always do a quick check to make sure order is correct Thank You...
Their food and service is a joke, they charge extra for everything then don't add it. Food always tastes old even when you have to wait 15 minutes for it. Have repeatedly called franchise owner but nothing ever changes! Don't waste your time or money.
