Kobe Japanese Hibachi and Sushi

The absolute worst customer service ever. The manager Ashley was extremely rude!! They got my order wrong I live 30 minutes away from the restaurant and was told I had to bring the wrong plate back just to get my correct order. Not to mention the chicken in the order they got wrong was so dry you couldn’t even eat it. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! And will be sure to spread the word.

Decided to try Kobe for the first time instead of driving to tifton, I will never make that mistake again. Food has 0 flavor or seasoning. Asahi is cheaper and much much better, worth the drive.

The food for the most part have always tasted delicious and fresh.

Place order over the phone. Drove 20 miles to pickup Food . They didn't have the order in the computer. Very RUDE !!!! I WON'T BE BACK VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!

This was my last visit to Kobe.nnI've eaten here a dozen times, almost every time I come home from Atlanta, just to support the business.nIt's never been great, but I'm (usually) happy to support local businesses in my hometown.nnTo All The Out-of-Towners:nGO TO CAFE BUDAPEST IF YOU'RE IN TOWN AND WANT GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD!n(I don't have any connection with them, just like their cheesy chicken and corn casserole better than anything on the menu here ;) )nn-The Food-nnThe rolls use low quality fish (take apart a salmon roll: the salmon is all the same color with no lite colored strips, looks like someone already chewed it for you instead of a solid piece of fish? Bad quality.).nThe steak tastes like it came from Walmart or Harvey's--not from an actual distributer. Almost like it's old or it's been left in a marinade for too long.nnAll that was FINE for years, nothing great, but worth the visit.nnUntil:n-My Visit-n1) They forgot the sushi part of my order (2/5 people's order, so I had to drive the 15 miles back to town to get it)n2) They forgot the drink. (3/5 people's order)n3) They mixed up the two steak plates and forgot the extra mushrooms they charged me for. (5/5 people's order was messed up at this point)n4) When asked to refund the missing items, they refused to refund it back to my card and insisted I come back to Fitzgerald to get my $3, or the missing mushrooms and drink. They would not give a family member still in Fitzgerald $1.50 worth of Sushi (1 piece) instead (because who wants to eat a side of mushrooms?)n5) There was a semi-circle of maskless people right in front of the window (maybe 10) that was allowed to just... Block the path of anyone walking by or trying to get their food.nnI spoke with the manager who confirmed and was aware of all of this.nNot even a bit apologetic.nI'll get my refund from the bank.
