My dad and his brother contacted him for services in October. I saw where he had cash a check for $400. I contacted him and told him my dad was being tested for early dementia. I am his primary caregiver and have power of attorney over him. Just wanted to let you know before they provide anymore services. Not sure what the $400 was for. My daddy never returned to his office because he doesn’t remember going to visit with him. They didn’t render any service but cash his check for $400. I have been to his office several times and he will not meet or talk with me about refunding his money. My dad live off social security and need his money back. Please don’t use this attorney office.

Lacks knowledge, doesn’t return calls-in pressing situations, took advantage of elderly family in a stressful situation that resulted in nothing. Not a fan of this “lawyer”.
