Andy and the other instructors are really great at what they do. They creat a safe and structured environment in which you can learn something new every day and never know it all! My wife really enjoys the women's self defense and regular classes. No matter who you are, give it a try. Guaranteed you'll have a great time here.
Gracie Jiu Jitsu Commerce has an awesome staff that will help you at all levels of your bjj journey. All of the instructors at the school care for you from day 1 and make sure you have fun while learning BJJ. I highly recommend trying them out! It doesn't matter how much experience you have under your belt you can always find something new you have not caught before in their classes!

High quality instruction. There is live self defense practice to demonstrate the techniques and moves that are taught are useful in real world situations.
Its been a honor to be a part of Andy's team. Being over 50 is a challenge physically but you can go at your own pace. Keep in mind the elderly are being attacked everday. Now I know I am better prepared to defend myself. The classes are up beat and a lot of fun. Look forward to seeing you on the mat.
