Burger King

This is one of the nicest Burger King Restaurants. They were most likely built for the I-4 commuter business then the little families in mind as the one thing they lack is the play area, however that is a plus for those looking for a Very Good Burger or Chicken Sandwich without being run over by a full restaurant of Tikes lol. Please no mean messages I Love Children! Burger King surely Loves Children! And they are Very Much Welcomed there!nThe Staff here is Wonderful! They care about the customers who come in or drive through. You will be served the same great quality food regardless of what number in line you are or if you are the last person served before closing you can expect the same freshly made meal!nThe Staff Team are very knowledgeable at their jobs, they are personally clean and the restaurant looked ready for inspection every time I have visited. I have had several business meetings there in the past knowing that it would always be up to par.

I was in the drive through and Ordered 2 hamburgers (not whoppers) small hamburgers. When the lady opened the window she said my amount..I gave her my card, she gave me back my card. She then went and stood at the counter just staring at me (odd), she then handed me my bag and I said “Thank you”, she just turned her back and I drive off. That’s fine, but when I opened my hamburgers up the road, they were two buns, a small patty and THAT WAS IT. No ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, nothing!! I called and asked what comes in a hamburger. They said mustard ketchup pickles. I asked if you want it Plain do you have to ask for it plain? They said yes, we don’t just give plain hamburgers. I felt that was done on purpose today, I checked my receipt and it did not say plain. I’m done with this place.

On 11/1/2020 I tried the app to place an online order. The staff made us wait quite a while despite there not being a line in drive thru. My boyfriends two whoppers were pretty raw and my onion rings were burnt beyond being edible. I contacted customer support and was sent an email saying we got a full refund and I’m hoping that’s true because I do not pan to return to this location ever again.

Horrible waited 20 min for two bacon cheeseburgers and a small onion ring. Go to pay and I ask for ketchup and they are all out then I leave check my food and it's all cold cheese not even melted. Like how lazy can ppl get it can't be that difficult. Same thing with this other bk over here always slow and food cold. I'm done with bk no wonder business hasn't been good. Employees don't keep up with quality.

I ordered from the app for delivery. All three whoppers that I ordered had wilted lettuce and tomatoes that had gone bad. I contacted Burger King to let them know and to get a refund. While they responded right away, they gave me a refund of $3.80 total. When I questioned the amount of the refund, as the whoppers were the main part of the meal, I got no response and after two weeks am still waiting on a response. In my mind they did not make it right for me. I ordered here at least once a week, will not be going here any longer.
