I hardly ever wear makeup but I went into my local Ulta today and let me tell you...I’ll definitely be back! Marilyn assisted me in finding all the products I needed. She was so helpful and friendly!! Due to COVID we couldn’t color match, however she went above and beyond to assist me as much as she could. She explained how to use everything and some tips/tricks which I appreciated! If you come to this store go to her! Thanks Marilyn for all your help! ud83dude0a

Samantha has done my hair for over a year now and she’s always what’s best for my hair. If i show her a picture of certain hair color i want she matches it so well! Just awful....Samantha did an awful job on my hair. I was supposed to have blonde highlights with light brown low lights. My hair was that color when i walked in. I walked out with 2 inch dark brown roots, no gray covered and light brown hair NO blonde at all. When i questioned her she said it'll lighten up. She was supposed to be the expert... nope. It got worse. $200 for what? She'll talk you into a deep conditioning which i really didn't need by again she's the expert right? Wrong. My cut was a joke. If she cut off anything i couldn't tell. So now i got my money back all but the tip... yes i tipped her $50 thinking it'll getting better after i wash it. Don't waste your 3 hours and money. Not worth my time at all. Now I'm having to find someone to fix her mess up.

All the ladies there were so nice and eager to help a lost guy looking for presents for his wife. Great staff and overall experience!!
