Florida Fitness World

We spent a year touring the US with a start and finish in DeBary florida. We joined Florida Fitness World and I've got to say it was incredible. It is family run and they are all very welcoming and beautiful people. Loads of equipment, a boxing gym, great value and they're always on hand to help you out. Highly recommend it if you wish to stay away from the more corporate gyms.

Alex Osborne is one of the best. He has a gift for training and connects with his clients and tailors things based on your individual needs. He is patient and knows exactly when you need that extra push. He is a huge support when you need to stay motivated and focused. He knows his stuff and comes highly recommended.

Awesome gym. Great atmosphere. The owners are fantastic people. Honor system is used. No auto pay, which makes it so much better. No crowds. Everyone knows everyone.
