The manager by the name of Nick at the Orange City, FL location was super warm friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions around the process of putting a temporary freeze on my account and was very thorough with explaining how it all would work and affect my membership. He helped calm a lot of my anxiety around making this decision and provided me his schedule incase I did think of any other questions. :) There was a guy named Mark who answered the phone initially when I called and he was very sweet also. This is the gym to go to. The staff is great and gym is clean. They have more than enough equipment to use and if you don't know how to use it you can scan it and get a full tutorial. You can even sign up for a trainer free with your membership.

Always have a positive experience with the team at this PF location. However they need to step it up when it comes to the mask policy. I called beforehand to ensure they were still enforcing their COVID-19 mask policy and the young lady stated they were (except for when actively working out) and that they still had their sanitizing stations set up. However when I arrived about 70% of the guests were walking around the gym and common areas without a mask or with it around their necks. After a year of not being comfortable to go to the gym again due to a weaker immune system, my guest and I did not feel safe.

To be honest. They’re very good with everything else keeping it clean and stuff. But! They need to work on their mask policy better. No one will wear them except for a few. And it makes you feel unsafe. I would fee a lot better knowing they cared a bit more and enforced it properly.

Absolutely love the Black Card membership. Access to all equipment, tanning, hydromassages and the staff is super friendly! Very clean place! Oh and who doesn't like half off on drinks!
