Walgreens

I had to take a pre-employment drug test and new employer assigned this Walgreens location on Saxon in Publix plaza because they are a labcorp facility inside Walgreens. I made this appointment 3 days prior. My appointment was at 03/11, 1:45pm. I arrive and check in. I’m told at 1:41pm they cannot do my labs and I need to go to a LabCorps directly. I asked why I was not notified? He said “I don’t know”. Now I’m at the LabCorps next to Publix and have to wait for people with appointments first before I can be seen. Neither Walgreens or LapCorps staff is helpful or care.... 0 STARS!

This store apparently considers customer service a luxury. They fail to do their job properly, are not trained properly, have a system which is unyielding or simply don’t care. PIck one, but I have been significantly inconvenienced at this store Through no fault of my own, more than once. I plan to look for another pharmacy that is interested in taking care of customers.

Pharmist Stephanie you are amazing! You really help me out with tri care, you talked me though the whole process and accomplish it in record time.

Pharmacy staff is very courteous and scripts are always ready when told what time to pickup.

8/30/2020 6:30pm older woman on the register with a mask over her mouth but not her nose. I point it out and she complains about the mask and her glasses. I give her some tips, as I'm wearing both glasses and a mask, and head out. Come back in because I forgot something and she's got her nose out again. Literally useless to have employees wear masks if they're breathing free anyhow and picking up covid to spread to your other customers. I won't be back.
