My name is Lisa and I'm an independent contractor for Postmates. I went to this location to pick up a prepaid order for a customer. I was greeted upon entering the store by a friendly staff member, whilst working on helping a customer with her selections. My wait time was very minimal. After letting them know I was picking up my customer's order, giving them the needed info, they proceeded to quickly and efficiently put the order together, place it into a bag and secured the bag's contents for customer safety. The restaurant was clean and the staff members were friendly and courteous. Thank you for making this a great experience for me and my customer.

We have always loved and been constant customers since this branch opened. We love the ambiance of the place inside and how cleanliness is maintained including the restroom . We love all the food choices too and how the food is kept hot upon serving. However, about 4 weeks ago, I bought meals for the family and when we got home, i noticed that their fried rice was not fully cooked! The rice was still hard! It’s a good thing we still have some leftover rice in our fridge.! I phoned and informed the staff and he apologized and said when I go back and order, to mention that I spoke to him then I will be given 20% discount. When I went back, I looked at the fried rice and can tell that the rice isn’t cooked! The rice looked hard! I told the server who told his other colleague but they still went on serving it to other customers! The following 2 weeks I went back twice and brought my husband on one occasion, we looked at the fried rice, it’s still the same thing! It’s sad that they don’t do anything to address the concern of their customers! So for now, we’ll stay away from this branch until hopefully they will do something to address the issue!

Tried to pick up food here but the front door was locked. There was a full drive through and only one customer ordering inside. After spending 10 min trying to get someone's attention, I was mimed at from inside and told to go to the drive through. In my experience, my order is never correct when going through their drive through. While I appreciate their covid safety, I think it is safe to allow more than 1 customer inside at a time. I was fully masked.

Went through drive through. Had to wait for something being cooked which was fine but asked for chicken terriyaki with sauce on the side and extra. Once they brought food out and we got home. NO terriyaki at all and barely food to full container. Not a good experience and definitely with amount of food not worth the money.

Fast, easy drive thru. Always decent food. I just wish there were more vegetable options.
