Steak 'n Shake

Absolutely loved this place! The service was outstanding. It was our first time there and I had no idea what to order. I had my two small children with me at the drive-thru. They couldn't decide either and the gentleman taking my order was not only patient with me but super helpful! It was really a great overall experience. The food was fantastic too. I'll be back to a steak n' shake soon! Unfortunately I'm not in the neighborhood of this one very often but if I ever am I'll stop in for sure.

Good food, great service. Can't wait to open dining.

Very slow many things on menu that they no longer have

I came to steak and shake tonight and I knew it went so fast compared to normal that’s when I asked the manager if he was new and he stated he was. The service was so fast everybody was friendly and there was a small issue but Chase fixed it right away and comped us for the meal excellent customer service excellent management shout out to Chase I appreciate you because I have so many bad experiences with other restaurants and it’s refreshing to see a managerWho handle things appropriately
