A place where incompetence runs Supreme. First, the finance guy did not know that you do not register a slide in truck camper in the state of Florida. This cost us an extra hundred dollars for a registration that will have to be undone by the next owner. There were two simple item to wrong with the new camper we purchased. An awning that did not work and a broken hinge. This simple service has blossomed into over a month of in confidence. We were told the items were fixed and went there and found nothing was done. Again, on our second visit we were told the item was fixed still nothing! This hundred-thousand-dollar camper sits in limbo because these people cannot fix an awning. They have an enormous amount of business and the lack the infrastructure to successfully offer quality service. It all starts with the management. They need a quality control program. One unhappy customer....

Had trouble getting the slide on my travel trailer to come it. La Mesa worked direct with the manufacturer to approve a mobile technician be sent to my house under warranty. Bret arrived right on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and had the slide moving without any trouble. Really happy with Bret and the La Mesa team for helping us out.

Fantastic service! I cant thank Joe and Bret enough for the mobile repair service that was provided. Joe was able to provide us with prompt service and quick turn around for repair needed. Bret was knowledgeable, on time, polite and very clean while working in our unit. I will definitely recommend and use then again if I need service. Thanks again guys!

Prudence in sales was amazing. She helped us find our perfect camper. She listened to what we were looking for and ran around the lot previewing any we might like as we looked around. She stayed on top of the sale and advocated a good deal for us. We’ve purchased at la Mesa 3 times now and this was by far the best experience.

We purchased a Class B RV in January. We were told it would go through the service department prior to delivery. There was a week in between deposit and delivery and it is obvious this was not taken through the service department.nnOn a trip out of State, the check engine light came on. We made an appointment at the Mercedes dealership in Sanford for when we returned. The Mercedes dealership informed us we had no less than SEVEN open recalls on the vehicle at the time we took delivery!! I was in the waiting room at the Mercedes dealership for 7 hours waiting on all of the recalls to be performed. The check engine light was a minor issue. I could have been out in probably 30 minutes if not for the recalls. If not illegal, it's certainly unethical to sell a vehicle with open recalls on it.nnOn the second occasion of using the windshield washers we got a warning light that we were low on fluid. Obviously the very basics of fluids were not topped off.nnWe recently discovered our solar panels are not charging the lithium batteries. Apparently the power to the charge controller has been disconnected at some point. This seems something that would have been noticed in a routine check, pre-delivery. Now we need to find someone to fix the charge controller, otherwise our solar panels are worthless. Reading other reviews plus our own experience, I am leery of using the La Mesa service department to track down the issue with the charge controller. Plus, I'm sure the cost will fall on to us even though it hasn't worked since day 1 of our ownership.nnMultiple issues arose regarding the paperwork. At one point La Mesa sent a runner on a 4 hour round trip to a campsite we were staying, in order to correct a bunch of paperwork. It was several weeks before everything was correct and we ended up being issued two separate checks for things we were over charged for.nnWe found the RV we wanted at La Mesa and assumed with a big name like La Mesa the service and delivery of the vehicle would meet high standards. We were wrong. If they have the RV you want, that's the overall bottom line. Just don't go into the purchase with high expectations.
