How about don't offer curbside service if you have zero intention of actually providing it. For the second time, I waited twice the time of pick up and had to go in and get it. My food sat out during this time. No offer to remake it. Employees did not care, each one blamed it on the other. Neither apologized. I order curbside due to a compromised immune system. Will not be back.
They never pick up the phone. They cancel orders all the time. They never get it right. I’m disabled and I want my food. Answer your phone!
I order subs from this location regularly. Tonight I forgot my wallet. As soon as I realized it I called the store and William had my wallet locked in the safe with all my cash still in it. This store and a its employees rock!
