I had to wait on my burger in a separate parking area which was okay, but when it was brought out to me with my order of fries...my fries were lukewarm. It would be nice if the fries could always be steaming hot.
The absolute worst franchise location in the history of McDonald’s! Such horrible service for the area it’s in. A constant disappointment. Staff are brain dead like they hate their jobs. Express-less robot like interaction. Cashier removes items from mobile order without updating the customer much less even talk. NEVER any GUAVA PIES and never any PEANUTS for the SUNDAES! Start learning something from CHICK-FIL-A! They have it together. I will no longer be supporting this shitbox location!

Made me wait 10 minutes for a large fries. Then fulfilled other orders before mine. Now for those that didn’t order fries, it’s cool, they have to made them and sometimes that takes a minute.nnThe kicker was one clerk providing large fries before I got mine. Then when I asked why that happened I was told to “cool it”.nnFirst of all, where is your decency sir?nNo one likes cold fries!nnAll I wanted was an apology a quick, “I’m sorry”.nI got none, and was offered no ketchup to go with my disdain.nnSo if this McDonald’s has no line, and you’re craving a Big Mac, go to the one nearby.nThis place has plenty of one star reviews, I guess for a reason.
