A very nice place to walk.nMost people with dogs are good about picking up and controlling their pet around other people.nIt would be nice if people with horses could follow the same rules and pick up after their horse. Yes, it is the same thing.

Really nice trails and very well maintained

The Observation Tower at Indrio Savanna Preserve is worthy of the 1 mile walk. Once on the tower there is a nice expansive view of the marsh to the north. Many species of wading birds can be seen, Glossy & White Ibis, Little Blue Heron, Great Blue Heron, Great White Egret, Sandhill Cranes. On the walk to the tower Scrub Jay's are often in trees along the path. The trail is always neatly mowed and maintained, approx 8 ft wide and the trails on a grid pattern are visible on GPS..

Nice walk to tower. It's inside the park so access is thru the park. Nice viewing from atop tower. Sandhill cranes and ducks and herons have been seen. Occasionally fish in the water.
