Worst customer service! Very difficult to speak by phone to a pharmacist in person. Today, I was put on hold for 25 minutes only to finally be put through to a recorded message saying to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I'm not holding my breath. After a visit to the emergency room, I was prescribed medications to begin immediately. Two were ready today, Friday, but the third won't be ready until Tuesday! I'm switching to Publix Pharmacy which is much better run and they did a great job with the COVID vaccinations.

At the risk of being repetitive, this pharmacy is the absolute worst. Those really are the best words to describe this place. My prescription was transferred to this CVS when my old pharmacy closed and it was nothing but trouble. They knew almost a year ahead of time this was happening and had all of our information and script records months ahead of time, yet did not have the medications in stock. I waited over a week before they finally got it in. And they were rude on top of it. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Nope, next time - same thing - 10 days for my script. And I noticed every other customer waiting having the same experience. Another time I attempted to fill an eye drop prescription and that was also a catastrophe. This is the closest CVS to my house but I will no longer fall for the “maybe it will be different this time” thought for the sake of convenience running through my head. Never again!nnThe rest of the store is meh. They’re slow as hell if you’re forced to have them ring you up. Best thing about this store is the self-checkout.

Every time I try to refill a prescription, I am told that they ordered the medication, but the supplier has not sent it! This has gone on for 6 months now! Every other pharmacy has been able to fill with no problem, so obviously this CVS has a serious problem. Avoid at all costs!
